Kisspeptin-10 acts at the hypothalamic level to stimulate GnRH pulsatility, making it the most upstream activator of the HPG
axis. It drives endogenous testosterone, LH, and FSH production. Also modulates sexual motivation and arousal through
direct CNS effects independent of testosterone. Valuable for TRT users wanting to maintain axis activity and libido.
