EPITHALON-10X
XENE BIOLABS RESEARCH SERIES
FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY
Category: Telomerase Modulator / Longevity Peptide
Mechanism
Epithalon modulates telomerase activity, supports telomere maintenance, influences melatonin secretion, and regulates circadian rhythm in cellular aging research models.
Dosing Protocol
5–10 mg daily SubQ or IM for 10–20 days; alternative 5 mg every other day for 4–6 weeks, evening dosing preferred.
Critical:
Critical: Best studied in short cycles (10–20 days); evening administration preferred due to circadian (melatonin-linked) activity. Effects vary significantly by individual biology and research conditions.
EPITHALON-10X | Telomerase Activator / Longevity Peptide | CAS: 307297-39-8
Epithalon (Epitalon) is a synthetic tetrapeptide (Ala-Glu-Asp-Gly) derived from the pineal gland extract Epithalamin. It
activates telomerase, the enzyme responsible for maintaining telomere length, thereby counteracting cellular aging. Also
regulates melatonin secretion, improves sleep architecture, modulates the immune system, and has shown anti-tumor
properties in animal models.
DOSING PROTOCOL
| Parameter | Details |
|---|---|
| Dose | 5–10 mg/day SubQ or IM |
| Cycle Protocol | 10 mg/day for 10–20 days, 1–2× per year (classic protocol) |
| Alternative Protocol | 5 mg every other day (EOD) for 4–6 weeks |
| Timing | PM administration to support melatonin and sleep cycle |
STACKING RECOMMENDATIONS
Classic longevity stack: Epithalon + GHK-Cu + MOTS-c + NAD+. Add SS-31 for mitochondrial protection. Selank/Semax for
cognitive longevity. Thymosin Alpha-1 (not in list but synergistic) for immune.
NOTE: One of the most researched longevity peptides. Telomerase activation in human cell studies. PM dosing preferred due to
melatonin/circadian regulation effects.
