PEG MGF-2X

XENE BIOLABS RESEARCH SERIES
FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY

Category: Muscle Growth Factor | Half-life: 48-72h due to PEGylation

Mechanism

Splice variant of IGF-1 expressed after mechanical stress. Activates satellite cells for muscle repair and growth. PEGylation extends half-life vs MGF.

Dosing Protocol

Reconstitution: 2 mg + 2 mL BAC = 1 mg/mL. 200 mcg = 0.2 mL = 20 units.

Critical: Never use on training days. IGF-1 competes with MGF. Use on rest days only.

PEG-MGF (PEGylated Mechano Growth Factor)

PEG MGF-2X | IGF-1 Splice Variant — Muscle Satellite Cell Activator | CAS: 108174-48-7

PEG-MGF is the PEGylated form of Mechano Growth Factor, a splice variant of IGF-1 produced locally in muscle in
response to mechanical stress. It activates muscle satellite cells (stem cells), promoting new muscle fiber formation and
hypertrophy. PEGylation extends half-life from minutes to days. Most effective administered post-workout to
stretched/loaded muscle groups.

DOSING PROTOCOL
ParameterDetails
Dose200–400 mcg SubQ or IM, 2–3x/week
TimingPost-workout (within 30–60 min); inject near worked muscles
Cycle Length4–6 weeks on; 4 weeks off (receptor desensitization)
STACKING RECOMMENDATIONS

Pair with IGF-1 LR3 for comprehensive IGF signaling (PEG-MGF activates satellite cells; LR3 drives protein synthesis). Add
GH secretagogues as base. BPC-157 for connective tissue support.

NOTE: Cycle off to prevent satellite cell receptor desensitization. Most anabolic per-dose of IGF variants. Local injection to target muscle
groups yields best results.
