IGF-DES-2X

XENE BIOLABS RESEARCH SERIES
FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY

Category: Growth Factor | Half-life: 20-30 min

Mechanism

Mechanism

DES variant of IGF-1 with N-terminal truncation. 10x more potent than IGF-1 LR3 for acute muscle hyperplasia. Binds muscle cells directly, bypasses IGFBP.

Dosing Protocol

Reconstitution: 1 mg + 1 mL BAC = 1000 mcg/mL. 20 mcg = 0.02 mL = 2 units.

Critical: Take immediately post-training into muscles worked. Must have carbs intra/post.

IGF-1 DES

IGF-DES-2X | IGF-1 Truncated Variant — Local Anabolic | CAS: N/A

IGF-1 DES (des 1-3 IGF-1) is a truncated form of IGF-1 lacking the first three N-terminal amino acids. This structural change
reduces IGFBP binding affinity by ~10x, making it significantly more potent than standard IGF-1 in local tissue. It does not
bind carrier proteins, so effects are predominantly local/site-specific. Short half-life — must be injected at target tissue.

DOSING PROTOCOL.
ParameterDetails
Dose50–150 mcg per injection, IM at target muscle
Frequency1–2x daily; immediately pre or post-workout
Cycle Length4 weeks on; 4 weeks off
STACKING RECOMMENDATIO

Complement with PEG-MGF for full IGF pathway coverage. HGH 191AA provides upstream substrate. BPC-157 for
connective tissue protection under anabolic load.

NOTE: Site-specific — inject into target muscle only. Very short acting. Hypoglycemia risk at higher doses — have glucose on hand. Not
for systemic use.
