GONADORELIN | GONA-10X

XENE BIOLABS RESEARCH SERIES
FOR RESEARCH USE ONLY

Category: GnRH Agonist | Half-life: 2-4 min IV, 20-40 min SubQ

Mechanism

Synthetic GnRH. Pulsatile use stimulates LH/FSH → testosterone. Continuous use desensitizes pituitary and shuts down HPTA.

Dosing Protocol

Reconstitution: 2 mg + 2 mL BAC = 1 mg/mL. 100 mcg = 0.1 mL = 10 units.

Critical: Pulsatile dosing only. Continuous daily use will shut you down like Lupron.

GONADORELIN-2X |

GnRH Analogue — HPG Axis Support | CAS: 33515-09-2

Gonadorelin is synthetic GnRH (gonadotropin-releasing hormone). When administered in pulsatile fashion (every 90–120min physiologically), it stimulates LH and FSH release from the pituitary, maintaining testicular function and size during TRT.
Used as a fertility-preserving alternative to HCG — does not cause LH receptor desensitization.

DOSING PROTOCOL
ParameterDetails
On-TRT Maintenance100 mcg SubQ, 2x/week (Mon/Thu with testosterone)
PCT Support100–200 mcg SubQ daily for 4–6 weeks
TimingAny time; consistent schedule preferred

STACKING RECOMMENDATIONS

Primary use with TRT to maintain testicular volume and fertility. Kisspeptin-10 provides upstream HPG stimulation — stack
for comprehensive axis maintenance.

NOTE: Does not desensitize LH receptors (unlike HCG). Maintains testicular size, sperm production, and intratesticular testosterone
during TRT.
